It was bound to happen.

This sign showed up on Ryan's door a couple weeks ago. What a crackup. Then the next day, his cousins were coming to stay the weekend and it was updated by some helpers...




Note the spelling of 'cousins'. So basically, I think everyone is allowed and welcome :)

Just wanted to post a quick note to show what I've been up to lately. As you can see, not much. Surgery went well Friday and the recovery has been good - way better than last time. I think my cast even looks better, especially the permanent marker toe ring I'm sporting! Ryan and Paul have been great. Ryan was way excited to be my little helper.

Spending quantity time in bed let me catch up on my reading, my catalogs, miscellaneous blogs, sleep, reality TV, and thanks to Nikki - InTouch weekley and the Enquirer! I can now identify celebrities by their cellulite. Yup, I know, I'm really focusing on self improvement. :)

Words I Despise. (updated)

Yup, there are a few words out that that I just can't stand. Some are worse than others, depending on the context (as you will see). If you're talking about a cake, I guess it's okay to use the word 'moist', but I prefer not to.

Paul noticed a long time ago that I just get super skeeved at certain words and that started it all - I maintain the list and add to it time to time. I've even forgotten several of them. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to comment. If it's a word I can barely stand to pronounce... on the list it goes :)
