Seachickens.

You can take the boy out of the Northwest but you can never truly make him forget that he loves the Seahawks. And last Sunday, why would you want to?! They were fantabulous! We're hoping that they too, will forget their losing record and make it another Sunday to remember. If you're in the area Sunday, drop in! p.s. - we're taping it and watching it at 3.

I want summer back.

Maybe because it's 19 degrees outside. Maybe because Aunt Betty called from Florida today. Maybe because I can't get my toes to warm up. I've been looking at pictures from summer today and felt like sharing. Maybe it'll make me feel warmer.

Here's Ry and the cousins after a day of playing on the tube...

Mo-ma and Pop and the kids.

Up Northwest Bay, there's a great bay that's usually calm. The kids love to swim to the slimy rock in the back of it :)

Uncle Chad and Aunt Kimmy taught Ryan how to use the stand-up paddleboard.

Hoag, Chad, and Paul before boarding the sky swing at Six Flags.

Here's the view out Mo-ma and Pop's front door. Gotta love the Lake in the summertime. Anytime.

Weekend in Vermont

So while we were back in NY this summer, Kim and Chad invited us to Vermont for the weekend. Chad was working a downhill mountain biking race so we all went and stayed at their condo at Sugarbush. The condo was gorgeous, the food was great, the pool was freezing - but the hot tub was hot tub was hot! Can't wait to ski here!

Kris, Kim, and Shelly

Loved the zipline! Here's Ryan cruising down over the finish line of the bike race.

Operation Dinner Out. We're eating at 5 o'clock with the old people but at least we're out!
